    We are seeking a talented Junior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in the .NET framework, with expertise in coding in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, or MVC. Additionally, proficiency in SQL and database design is essential for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development and enhancement of SharePoint solutions within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    1. SharePoint Development:
      • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications and solutions based on business requirements.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and propose technical solutions.
    2. .NET Development:
      • Utilize the .NET framework and C# to build web applications, web services, and backend components.
      • Implement functionality using ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
    3. Database Development:
      • Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases and queries for SharePoint applications and related systems.
      • Perform physical and logical database design, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
    4. Integration and Customization:
      • Integrate SharePoint solutions with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and custom connectors.
      • Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and forms to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
    5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
      • Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
      • Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues and defects in SharePoint applications.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
    • Strong proficiency in the .NET framework and coding in C#.
    • Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC for web application development.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with physical/logical database design.
    • Knowledge of SharePoint development and customization is a plus but not required.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

    Working Conditions:

    • This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for project deployments and deadlines.
