    Nurse - Night Shift

    About the Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Avera Health and Rehab. As a Nurse on our night shift, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality nursing care by developing personalized care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers, and providing emotional support to residents, families, and friends.
    • Teach healthcare requirements by instructing residents, family, and friends on condition, medications, and self-care skills.
    • Evaluate resident care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes, and modifying nursing care plans as needed.
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy resident care environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

    Requirements

    • Active license in the state of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
    • 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical or long-term care environment (preferred)

    Benefits

    • Competitive pay range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
    • Possible sign-on bonus up to $10,000.00

    • Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program provides an additional payment of $167 (up to $10,000) each month towards your loan principal balance.
