    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position is open to all qualified applicants, including Clinical Fellows (CFYs), who are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of students with communication disorders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Louisiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
    • CFYs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support.
    • Experience working with school-aged children with diverse speech and language needs.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
