Janitorial Technician - Helena, United States - Fleet Response

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Wage: $18 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sweep, dust, polish, vacuum hallways, stairs, office spaces, and restrooms.
• Restock restrooms items.
• Empty trash containers.
• Clean entryway windows & doors.
• Ensure buildings are secure upon completion of services.
• Follow and complete checklist for various accounts.

• Work Performance - ability to perform top-notch quality work on a daily basis, work in a timely manner, and always look for improvement.
• Safety - follow company safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, use product and equipment properly.
• Attendance - ability to be consistently at work and on time.
• Experience cleaning hospitals or medical facilities (not required but a plus)

Certificates, Licenses Registration:

Valid Driver's License. Must have reliable transportation. State and federal background check required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel & crouch on a regular basis. Occasionally, will be required to climb (ladders/window washing), regularly lift and move 10 to 100 pounds (trash/equipment).
