Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
- 12+ years of proven experience in Information Technology Software Development Engineering Management Project Management Program Management functions Solid grasp of and experience with modern software development practices and processes Practical and related experiences in software engineering and technology project management Strong analytical technical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs transactions Strong attention to detail willingness to independently analyze needs impact changes Production environment Experience running leading large sophisticated projects keep track deliverables features dependencies Detailed understanding scope change problem project management principles methodologies Strong analytical technical problem-solving skills understand complex customer needs transactions Elicit requirements interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys business process descriptions user stories scenarios business analysis task workflow analysis Participate refining Epics Features defining acceptance criteria E2E validation points Outstanding verbal written skills which include planning scheduling coordinating prioritizing The ability work alone part team maintaining speed agility Your ability passion leading tech teams mentor junior engineers Ability collaborate other technical business specialists team Experience executing projects Agile environment Ability learn experiment new technologies patterns Passion nurture modern test driven automation driven software development methodologies
