The Mid-Market Business Development Executive (M-BDE) role is an experienced, aggressive sales professional who's main responsibility includes sourcing and selling new Microsoft focused business for Sogeti, part of Capgemini, across mid-market clients. You will cultivate and grow partnerships with mid-market selling teams to support mid-market clients in advancing their programs to optimize, transform, and grow with Microsoft based solutions. ado.Strategize, plan, and execute business development in direct partnership with Micros
oft.Engage with Sogeti's Technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver a modern portfolio of cutting-edge Microsoft solutions to mid-market clie
nts.
This is a "hunter" role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techni
ques.Originate and qualify leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within territory Mid-Market cli
ents.Maintain and grow client relationships. Induce solutions and ideas to help clients improve their business performance while innovating their market interacti
ons. Work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior management access and sup
port.Minimum education qualification A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree prefe
