- Overseeing the integration of clinical services and milieu management to support program goals
- Engaging with various stakeholders to foster cooperation and resolve issues
- Providing updates to senior management with recommendations for cross-functional initiatives
- Evaluating program services and results to ensure compliance, and taking corrective actions when necessary
- Supervising client services by auditing records, reviewing discharge plans, and ensuring proper documentation
- Developing program budgets, monitoring expenditures, and preparing financial reports
- Assisting in policy refinement and implementing new program services to maximize resource utilization
- Managing and leading staff to promote organizational philosophy and professional development
- Resolving employee relations matters and ensuring quality control across facilities
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Human Service field, Criminal Justice, Public Health, or Business Administration
- 2 years of management experience as a Program Director or 2 years in a Therapeutic Community setting
- Current certification in Addictions Counseling or related field
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong knowledge of health administration regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to organize and manage diverse programs and services effectively
- Starting at $86,823 with potential for growth
- Eligibility for Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) based on performance
