- Drive positive share results
- Build volume and revenue in your defined region in a direct store delivery go-to-market system

- Prepare for, execute, and sustain Geobox transformation and enabling the delivery of the Chilled portfolioCompensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of General Management experience to include hands-on day-to-day sales operational experience
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, Grocery, and/or Military
- Shown leadership capability with a strong background of leading and influencing a front line sales organization
- Experience with expense management and/or managing a P&L
- Direct Store Delivery experience preferred
- Dedication and ability to succeed within a dynamic organization
- Willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
- Willing to relocate
