- Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
- Works with senior leadership to develop business opportunities and assists with proposal efforts across various directorates.
- Possess a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 12-15 years of related experience.
- Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Be able to plan and lead major technology assignments.
- Be able to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- Be able to supervise others.
