Our client, a leading insurance company is hiring a Data Entry Specialist on a contract basis. Please only local candidates to Whitehouse Station NJ. Typing test required.

Work Location: Whitehouse Station NJ

Pay: $22/hour W2

Required Skills:

• Modernize existing policy information via input of client data into a newly created administration system

• This data entry specialist will be responsible for accurate entry of client's information, personal project management, and reporting of progress on a regular basis

• Technical skills include high level of attention to detail and time management

• Accurate entry of client information including address, schedules, policy numbers, and premiums

• Identification of key data points from various sources

• Conversion of an average of 40 policies/day

• Verification/Documentation of completed conversions

• Weekly reporting of work completed

• Ability to type an average of 35WPM or higher

• Attention to detail-worker will be required to quickly identify key data points from various sources

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time

• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

• Key data collection from Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word

• Respond to emails via Outlook for items pertaining to job

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2-3 years related experience required
