The Information Technology Systems Specialist serves as the primary liaison between end-users, project team members and other Information Management resources while providing exemplary customer service with the day-to-day support and administration of end-user device-related environments.
+Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day procedures related to the identification, prioritization and resolution of end user requests including monitoring tracking and coordinating of service desk functions
- Manage processing of incoming requests incidents via ticketing system telephone email walk-ins document all pertinent information nature problem or issue ensure requests are resolved timely fashion SLA compliance support onsite remote users escalate dispatch tickets suitable support resources help create maintain knowledge base known issues resolutions diagnose complex errors technical problems determine proper solutions creates maintains distributes desktop images needed administers supports VOIP phone system assigns audits software licenses minimizes organizational costs improves operational efficiency asset management tracking responsible asset lifecycle laptops desktops printers scanners annual physical inventory IT assets maintaining IT standards conducts reports ISO 27000/NIST compliance use effective judgment professional initiative develop constructive solutions customer end user issues escalations provide day-to-day PC Endpoint technology primary work location supplemental remote support alternate locations required enforce IT standards set senior management IAP Cyber Security Teams manage e-waste disposal accordance IAP Corporate policies platform primary work location
