Job Description:As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting with customers on a daily basis to identify their needs and offer them a solution.
• Collaborate with your sales manager for continued growth and development.
• Ensure accuracy of all paperwork.
• Follow the proven Bath Fitter sales guidelines.
• Meet or exceed closing sales objectives within company guidelines.
• All leads are qualified and pre-set (no cold-calling).

Requirements:

• High School diploma.
• Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written).
• High level of energy.
• Positive and optimistic attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Average 1st-year income $80K - $100K.
