    Primary Talent Partners has a 12-month contract Sterilization and Microbiology Specialist opening with a global Medical Device client based out of the Dexter, MI site.

    Pay range is $35 to $45 per hour based on overall experience.

    Please note:
    You will be sitting on a W2 Contract with Primary Talent Partners at an hourly basis without PTO/Benefits - We cannot provide sponsorship or accept C2C, OPT, or 1099 candidates


    Overview:
    Join our client's dynamic team focused on maintaining the highest standards in sterilization and microbiology within controlled environments. This role requires practical experience and expertise in sterilization techniques, microbiology, and adherence to industry standards such as ISO 11135, ANSI/AAMI ST72, ISO and -3, ISO series), and EN 17141.


    Responsibilities:
    Work hands-on with single-use devices, implementing and managing bacterial endotoxin programs and Ethylene oxide sterilization processes.
    Develop, validate, and implement methods for maintaining controlled environments.
    Utilize existing techniques and procedures, making recommendations for improvements or developing new methods as needed.
    Perform qualitative and quantitative tests on samples using a range of analytical equipment, from standard to highly automated instrumentation.
    Collaborate with R&D to establish requirements for method transfers and ensure seamless integration into production environments.


    Education/Experience:


    Bachelor's degree in a science discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.


    Requirements:
    Practical experience in sterilization, microbiology, and controlled environments.
    Strong understanding of industry standards and guidelines, including ISO 11135, ANSI/AAMI ST72, ISO and -3, ISO series), and EN 17141.
    Ability to think critically and develop complex plans, executing them with precision and attention to detail.
    Self-sufficiency and a proactive approach to driving work completion with minimal guidance.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
