The Test Coordinator ensures UAT is transparent, structured and fit for purpose enabling confident business validation and reducing operational and delivery risk at go live.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain UAT plans aligned to integrated programme timelines
- Coordinate UAT schedules environments access test data and business participant availability
- Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders participating in UATProvide guidance materials and support to business users executing testingTrack UAT execution progress including pass fail blocked outstanding scenariosFacilitate UAT defect management triage through resolution retesting Coordinate entry exit criteria for testing phases support readiness checksReport progress risks dependencies to programme stakeholdersIdentify manage testing risks that may impactUATbusiness readinessManage dependencies across testing streams releases stakeholder groupsMaintain traceability between requirementsUATS cenarios defects sign offSupport release readiness approvalsQualifications Strong understanding of structured testingUACT coordination activitiesDemonstrated experience supporting business led tes...tting within complex programmesProven ability to plan coordinate track tes...tting activities acroos multiple workstreamsStrong stakeholder management communication skillsExperience with defect management structured triage processesStrong analytical organisational skills with attention detailAbility work collaboratively aross busniess delivery QA teamsFamiliarity integrated prgramme planning reporting governance practices
