- Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, QA testing, or acquisition and resource management.
- Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analysis, reports, change proposals, and other engineering documentation.
- Analyzes designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military C5ISR systems and associated support systems or management information systems.
- Works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and shall perform all functional duties independently.
- May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts or all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Ability to lead the execution of complex tasks, when applicable.
- Ability to review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.
