Job summary
The Tier 1 Robot Support Specialist is a part of Turf Tank's Operations department and will report to the VP of Operations.This position will profoundly impact our customers and the overall health of our service model.
Tier 1 Robot Support Specialists troubleshoot issues with Turf Tank robots via telephone, chat, email, and/or video link.
