In this role, you will:
- Conduct assessments and summarize case information to use in diagnosis, treatment, and dispositional release
- Diagnose and/or collaborate in the formulation of a diagnosis
- Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Provide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferences
- Document and evaluate patients' progress in treatment
- Coordinate placement with community resources for patients returning to their communities Minimum Qualifications:
- California licensure (pre-licensed CSWs may be appointed, but will be required to obtain licensure)
- Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, approved by the Council on Social Work Education Benefits:
