Job Details

Review, verify, and prepare commercial and small business loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with loan approvals and bank policy

Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and obtain required information prior to closing

Perform secondary and post-closing reviews, including executed documents, HUD/settlement statements, and permanent loan file organization

Support loan reporting and compliance functions, including HMDA reporting and adverse action documentation
