- Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that items fabricated in the shop department are manufactured to BLP's quality standards;
- Ensure that equipment products and tools in the shop department are properly maintained and inventoried.
- Perform mechanical functions including but not limited to taking things apart and putting them back together, running standard fabrication machines, etc.
- Perform other functions as required.
- Ability to operate a forklift (we will certify)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely
- Ability to operate different machinery and tools efficiently once given correct direction.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test/physical and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
