- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from an accredited institution
- At least 8 years of experience with software development and delivery processes emphasizing communication and collaboration between product management, software development, and operations personnel.
- At least 8 years of experience in the following areas: Cloud expertise related to cloud resource planning and provisioning; Platform as a service (PaaS); and "componentized" applications for easier management and orchestration
- Willingness to support client in WMA, West Virginia, as well as frequent travel to field locations
- TS/SCI level clearance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
