    Optomi, in partnership with a client, is looking for an IT Integration Analyst to join the team. We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Integration Analyst to manage day-to-day issues while strategically integrating network and desktop infrastructures for new clinics. Collaborate closely with project managers, involve technical SMEs for non-standard requirements, and oversee vendor deliverables. Your commitment to high-quality customer service and hands-on experience will be invaluable in troubleshooting and supporting user productivity tools like Office 365 and SharePoint.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure network and desktop infrastructure adhere to standards
    • Identify non-standard requirements and work with other technical SMEs to develop a solution
    • Provide onsite support to onboard users to O365 and clinics are successfully supported during opening
    • Execute IT project playbooks for new clinics and acquisitions.
    • Collaborate and oversee IT vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT systems and services
    • Coordinate IT related activities with other IT team members and staff to serve the business needs of our client with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction. This includes relaying end user feedback to the broader team for analysis.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvements of IT standards and process
    • Respond to technical support emergencies outside of normal working hours as needed
    • Mentor & provide support to junior team members based on experience and knowledge

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience/certifications
    • At least 5 years IT experience, in multi-site environment
    • Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNC, VPN and firewalls.
    • Willing to travel to visit clinical locations in multiple regions
    • Self-motivated and directed with ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
    • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
    • Ability to adapt to challenging situations quickly.
    • Exceptional customer service orientation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Comfortable interacting with all levels across the organization including senior management, and able to present ideas in user-friendly language.
    • CompTIA A+, MCSE desired
    • Experience with Microsoft O365 suite of tools including OneDrive & SharePoint
