+Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot resolve video conferencing event service incidents including RMAs hardware software issues.
- Schedule set up disconnect video conferences internal external meetings work 3rd party vendors troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis adhere SLAs maintain maximum uptime video conferencing environment event services conduct equipment audits c-suite spaces follow defined processes ensure processes adhered team advanced technical knowledge setup install troubleshoot connections audio visual equipment cameras microphones projectors touchscreens monitors self-starter work independently part team strong time management prioritization analysis skills ability multi-task written verbal communication skills communicate clearly professionally end users IT Video Team Executives IT management understanding troubleshooting Crestron Bi-Amp Extron Allen Heath digital mixers live sound production Vaddio type switchers camera equipment Clear Com type audio device lighting board PowerPoint VLC player PC hardware cables extenders peripherals Shure Netgear QSC Epson Samsung produce Run Show documents attendance reports IT equipment readiness checklist items Audio Video production team collaborate operations support teams provide direction streamline processes improve efficiency user experience.
