    Enterprise Excellence is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.

    Enterprise Excellence offers frameworks, data insight, and efficiency-enabling products that are available to deploy across the enterprise.

    The Engagement team within EE is a conduit between the internal user/Ops and Function Managers, and the EE Product Owners and Execution Team. The Engagement team will develop new relationships and partnerships, as well as maintain existing ones, with a clear goal of identifying and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to address process reengineering needs.

    VP BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Solution Architect to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of EE products and solutions
    • Partner with Operations SMEs to document and validate business requirements, testing execution, go live preparation and user training
    • Create traceability of business requirements to technical development and testing strategies
    • Conduct functional testing to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of solutions
    • Manage cycles of testing, defect tracking and resolution
    • Track key performance indicators process insights in line with business and franchise priorities and identify areas of opportunity or improvement
    • Measure the impact of process changes and report to Business Engagement Lead and Product Lead
    • Assist with the training and education of colleagues on solution principles and best practices
    • Apply process modelling standards to map current and future state process flows (when applicable)

    Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years of experience in business analytics, development and execution with prior financial services
    • Finance experience a plus
    • Assist with the management of enterprise data assets and products in a large, complex organization
    • Process taxonomy experience a plus
    • Experience supporting targeted solutions to global business communities
    • Collaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery
    • Quick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking style
    • Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
    • Excellent MS PowerPoint / presentation creation skills

    Education:

    • Bachelors degree
