Physical Requirements
This position requires sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods of time. Lifting and positioning patients may also be required.
Shift
Flexible day shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 am – 8:30 pm. Rotational on-call is required.
Job Summary
This position's primary focus is to complete a Nuclear Medicine procedure/therapy in a safe, efficient manner according to departmental, hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
An experienced Nuclear Technologist is necessary to manage patient throughput, quality control, inventory, equipment evaluation and calibration, billing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
This position will be responsible for executing diagnostic studies and interventional procedures by following unit policies/procedures for radiation safety, patient safety, radio pharmaceutical administration, QA, and imaging.
New Starting Pay Rate – The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted based on current demand for this role.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus: $10,000 for new graduates (less than one year of experience) and $20,000 for candidates with one or more years of experience, contingent upon a 18-month employment commitment.

Preferred Education/Experience
Degree from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Program with training in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT preferred.
