This role demands exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, internal teams, Senior Leadership, and the Board of Directors.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll ensure seamless project readiness, meeting all diligence requirements and milestones crucial for successful debt and tax equity transactions.

Responsibilities
Lead negotiations, coordinate diligence, and execute debt and tax equity transactions.
Manage external experts, legal teams, and consultants for efficient and cost-effective project diligence.
Expand and maintain debt and tax equity financing relationships while exploring new opportunities.
Evaluate prospective term sheets from investors and lenders, presenting optimal solutions to senior management.
Review and refine financial models ensuring alignment with internal views and third-party validations.

Qualifications
4+ years in solar/storage industry finance, specializing in DG project finance and closing complex transactions.
Proven track record in leading and closing financings with a deep understanding of debt and tax equity structures.
Proficiency in financial modeling, especially regarding tax equity partnership and debt transactions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and solution-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting required; Masters in Business or Accounting preferred.
