Operates various powered industrial trucks to receive product into warehouse and prepare for stockingOpens crates and inspects productApplies labels to product according to establishing proceduresVerifies shading of product and places into accurate warehouse location
Utilizes powered industrial equipment to move product into pre-designated areas within warehouse once receivedKeys location of product into inventory control system and places product onto shelvesEnsures product is placed into accurate location GeneralMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisorFollows standard operating and safety proceduresKeeps area safe, clean, and organizedPerforms other related duties as required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience. Must have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak English. Ability to work in a safe conscientious manner. Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
