Staff Perfusionist

Location: Multiple within Jacksonville, FL, Orange Park, FL, area

Pay: $135K-$180K

Schedule: Monday to Friday, On Call, and Weekends As Needed

Job Summary:

Professional Staffing Services is seeking 3 full-time perfusionists to join our client's team. We are looking for 2 strong new or recent graduates to be based at 1 hospital and provide coverage as needed to another nearby facility and 1 experienced perfusionist to float between a couple of hospitals to meet our client's current needs. They have a team of 12 perfusionists that are part of a progressive group in the Jacksonville area working at 5 local hospitals where our client's dynamic and established 11 cardiothoracic surgeons and 6 vascular surgeons operate. The caseload consists mainly of all adult CABGs, valves, and aortic dissections, along with TAVRs.

The ideal candidate must have top-notch clinical and communication skills, be an independent troubleshooter with a good positive work ethic ready to join our client's cohesive team. We are looking for team members willing to focus on the best patient outcomes via goal-directed perfusion and research driven best-practices to meet the demands of our patients.

Education and Experience:

• All candidates must either be certified by the ABCP or board eligible by having graduated from an accredited Perfusion Training Program
• Recent Grad - 0 to 2 years of perfusion experience
• Experienced - 3+ years of perfusion experience
