    SEG is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience to support our MDA and Navy customers.


    Responsibilities:
    The Senior System Engineer will provide on-site MBSE support to the SEG customers, but not limited to:Work with our current MBSE developers to implement current GFI, correlated by runs, into a Cameo model from which a higher level MBSE model would pull as reference for verification Develop tools for importing reference items from an excel exportCreate views of data to easily see reference data and metricsConvert Program CDM into CameoDevelop tools for exporting change logs for necessary informationDevelop and manage MBSE models SysML diagrams (Use Cases, Block Definition Diagrams, Internal Block Diagrams, etc.)

    DoDAF diagrams (Primarily Operational Viewpoints and System Viewpoints)Define boundaries and context for system architecturesMaintain and update system design in MBSE toolsDrive the future of MBSE development at SEG by creating best practices and a culture of capabilityDesign, build, and maintain robust systems and strategies of MBSE at SEGCoach and develop more junior engineers in MBSEQualifications:
    Required Education and Experience:Bachelor of

    Science Degree:

    Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Math, or related fieldHistory of substantial involvement in the shaping and implementation of MBSE models in previous roles4 to 10 years of professional experience in MBSESelf-starter who can demonstrate independent ownership of tasking.

    Position affords opportunity to define the path and lead tasks based on technical understanding of engineering community and customer needsKnowledge/experience with MBSE Tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw, etc.).Knowledge or experience of DoDAF and its various viewpointsFamiliarity with various modeling methodologies (SysML, UML, SYSMOD, Harmony-SE, etc.)



    Experience with documentation and presentations via Microsoft office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Ability to obtain a US DoD SECRET Security ClearanceLeadership and Collaboration:
    Strong analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDesired Education and Experience:Active US DoD SECRET or TOP SECRET Security ClearanceMasters degree or higherPreference for work with Cameo, as this is the tool being used by the customerUse of Military standards/instructions, interface development, architectures, states & modes, functional flow diagrams, and engagement sequencingExperience with System Architecture DevelopmentExperience with Navy combat systems or complex System of Systems (SoS)

    Ability to read and write MATLAB, Python, or similar code to processes and analyze dataFamiliarity with a Linux environmentLeadership and Collaboration:
