- Perform multiple lab tests to support in-process and production quality control.
- Collectsamples according to pull scheduleand perform routine laboratory tests or analysis to assess quality.
- Accurately document all test results and analyze data for trends.
- Tests and analyzes in support of biodiesel process and production, as well as provides operational support concerning testing and analysis.
- Conducts all daily testing and qualification of test and production material. Maintains records of all necessary testing and process documents.
- Effectively communicate test results with production personnel in a live continuous flow production environment.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized lab.
- Maintain all lab equipmentin proper working orderand troubleshoot as necessary.
- Wear all PPE required for the job and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Work incold/hot/dusty/loud environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher (Preferred).
- Able to make routine decisions within a predetermined span of authority and follow the established chain of command.
- Able to exercise independent judgment prior to consultation with the supervisor.
- Must have a hands-on approach, positive 'can do' attitude. and strong work ethic.

NEW MEXICO'S FIRST -Rio Valley Biofuels, LLC was the first commercial producer of biodiesel in the Southwest.
