    Position Title:
    Senior AccountantLocation: NE Portland, OR

    Employment Type:
    Contract (6 months) to hireCompensation: $40.00 $45.00 per hourResponsibilities:Conducting yearly close activities, including month, quarter, and year-end closingReconciling various accounts, such as financial statements, journal entries, bank accounts, balance sheets, credit cards, fixed assets, prepaids, and accrued liabilitiesManaging accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payrollConducting analyses of sales, trends, revenue, and other financial metricsWorking with big data files in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, IFTHEN formulasQualifications:Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the role:Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification is a plus)


    At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level accounting positionStrong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practicesExperience with a variety of ERP software platformsPrior experience working in a fast-paced, publicly traded company preferred.

    Ability to work well in a team environment and self-motivated.
    Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (Advanced), Word, and OutlookBenefits:
