Job summary
As an Accounting Manager you will serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients ensuring meticulous financial reporting strict adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards and the delivery of insightful analysis to management teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of Client Accounting Relationship
- Oversee the successful execution of client engagements ensuring all deliverables completed on time and at the expected level of quality including Manage revenue cycle order to cash Oversee expense management process Lead or support payroll processing and accounting Responsible for monthly financial close KPI key performance indicators measurement & management/board reporting Execution of client compliance Internal controls Oversee compliance with GAAPand relevant regulatory requirements Sales tax covenant calculations & sales commissions calculations Management Responsibilities Lead mentor a team of five accounting professionals guiding best practices career development performance management to foster a high-performing collaborative team environment Support recruitment efforts help onboard new team members ensuring they have tools resources knowledge needed to succeed Conduct regular performance reviews provide constructive feedback ensure continued professional growth alignment with company goals Additional Responsibilities Assume other special activities responsibilities required These include projects researching implementing new technology internal customer use well process improvement initiatives_
