    Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
    Location: Monroe, Georgia

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique communication needs and facilitate their academic success.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, targeting areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development across various settings.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjust intervention strategies as necessary, and participate in IEP meetings to review goals and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Georgia state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based or clinical setting.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
