    Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Attorney Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Recruiting Department of our Los Angeles office.

    Position Summary The Attorney Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager to help manage the full cycle recruitment process for lateral associates, non-track attorneys, and OCI/summer/first-year associate programs.

    May also provide additional support to other offices. Duties & Responsibilities

    Supports the on-campus recruiting, summer associate, and first-year associate programs
    Works with office and/or practice leadership on strategic identification and development of summer program
    Meets regularly with office management and/or practice group leadership to review hiring needs and potential candidates
    Manages entire recruitment process for attorney candidates, including initial review of candidate materials, responds to inquiries, collects information, coordinates interview process (scheduling, monitoring, evaluation follow-up, etc.), and communicates with candidates and search firms regarding candidate status

    Coordinates with Talent Acquisition staff and other administrative departments (e.g., Human Resources, Conflicts) to complete various recruitment-related checks (background, conflicts, references, bar status, etc.)

    and new hire-related paperwork as well as other employment related processes
    Assists other offices with candidate and market research as necessary
    Manages relationships with search firms
    Maintains applicant database and department records and generates reports
    Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services, and meet or exceed client expectations; proactive in seeking innovative ways in which to help others
    Possess superior judgment and discretion; recognize confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, and maintain confidentiality
    Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills
    Qualifications & Prior Experience

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or related field preferred.
    Five to eight years of related attorney recruiting experience, preferably with a large law firm
    Working knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
    Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
    Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly

    The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $115, Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
