    Your Role:
    As Asset Management Specialist, Investments (Regional) you will play a critical role in dispositions within the organization.

    You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies to optimize the value of the organization's housing assets.

    This role requires a collaborative mindset, a high-level work ethic, and a team player mentality.

    This role also requires acute attention to detail and a keen ability to juggle and manage multiple tasks and projects.

    What will you be doing?

    Responsibilities/Key Objectives

    Oversee day-to-day disposition activities including, but not limited to (a) review scope of work estimates benchmarking against BPOs and internal records authorizing sound decisions , (b) manage project cost and timelines, and (c) assist in negotiation of concessions to maximize value for the company and external stakeholders
    Collaborate with internal asset manager team to establish disposition scope and budget to maximize sales price
    Manage internal and external turn vendors to ensure compliance with the company's disposition scope and quality standards
    Manage third party brokerages to ensure property estimates, counters and projects are completed in a timely manner with final scope of work provided
    Coordinate with internal teams on in-flight project estimated completion timelines for publishing
    Accurately maintain scope of work details in the organization's project management platform and operating systems


    What we look for:


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate or related field
    Proven experience (2 – 5 years) in single-family rentals, asset management or related fields
    Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
    Comprehensive knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation and industry trends
    Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and negotiate favorable deals
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Professional certification such as a real estate sales agent or broker's license
    Asana or similar project management program
