Type: Fully remote with some travel. Up to 35%

Our architecture and engineering client is in search of a seasoned Project Architect with strong expertise in Revit. This role involves spearheading the development and oversight of technical design and specifications across a range of projects, with a primary focus on healthcare.

Responsibilities encompass guiding the project team through all stages of design and construction, showcasing adept client interaction skills and comprehensive project management. Depending on project size, your duties may vary, from supporting the Project Manager on larger endeavors to independently leading smaller projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design creation aligned with client requirements and vision
• Coordination of the design team across disciplines
• Research and analysis of project requirements, scope, and budget
• Document production, specification generation, and narrative development
• Management of project data for optimal performance
• Oversight of technical drawings and construction document production
• Execution of Construction Administration tasks
• Liaison with external agencies throughout project phases, from permitting to construction administration

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the built environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Licensure as an Architect preferred
• LEED Certification preferred

Software Proficiency:

• Revit
• Bluebeam
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
