    RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER

    Dollar General is seeking a Retail District Manager to lead the activities of all stores within their assigned area of operation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create a culture that fosters Dollar General's mission and values, ensuring fair administration of human resources policies & practices.
    • Deliver superior customer service through fun, friendly stores, achieving annual sales growth that meets or exceeds company targets.

    This role requires demonstrated results-oriented leadership skills, financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret operating statements and manage budgets. A minimum four years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility is required.
