    Inventory Control Coordinator Conair Corporation, Glendale, AZ

    Conair Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. The 1.2 million square foot facility, located in Glendale, AZ, services Conair's customer base west of the Mississippi. Conair is a highly regarded, privately owned multinational corporation with product lines in personal and professional grooming, health and beauty, as well as, premium kitchen electrics and cookware. Conair products currently sell in 100 countries on five out of seven continents.

    This person will work as part of the Inventory team performing cycle counts, identifying and resolving inventory issues, and maintaining accurate inventory control records.

    Duties include:

    • Monitor and perform daily cycle count activities.
    • Monitor transactional activity, perform research and reconciliation to correct imbalances and prevent order denials.
    • Monitor Inventory control activity reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain records on all performed cycle count activities.
    • Responsible for maintaining inventory at subcontractors / consignment and third party warehouses utilizing system and hands on cycle count practices.
    • Investigate all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • SAP or WMI experience a plus.
    • 1-4 years inventory control experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
    • Demonstrate command of inventory control concepts and practices.
    • Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem solution skills
    • A high level of computer literacy with proven experience using systems that support inventory management, Excel / Word etc.
    • Attention to detail with a strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Lifting up to 50 pounds
    • Standing and Bending for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to work at heights on Powered Industrial equipment
