    Role Overview:

    - Drive strategic decisions to optimize sales, margin, turn, and GMROI goals.
    - Collaborate with buyers to develop financial and assortment plans aligned with company objectives.
    - Work with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of plans, adjusting as needed to drive sales and profitability.
    - Analyze business performance, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance results.
    - Communicate effectively with management and vendors to align on forecasts and maximize sales and inventory productivity.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail, or Finance
    • 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in planning or merchandising
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
