    Job Description:


    LHH is seeking an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Business Partner with a background in the manufacturing industry, particularly in quality control and quality assurance, to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our client's leadership team and employees.

    The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance, along with a passion for fostering a positive work culture and driving organizational effectiveness.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Partner with department managers and supervisors to provide HR guidance and support on a wide range of issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

    Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits administration, payroll processing, and other employment matters, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

    Partner with the quality control and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with manufacturing operations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.

    Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.

    Stay current on industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging best practices in HR, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in HR service delivery.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.

    Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership, employee relations, and talent management in the manufacturing industry.

    Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
    Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly in California.
    Experience working in quality control and quality assurance roles within manufacturing environments preferred.
    Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
    Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and other HR-related software applications.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and problem-solving.
    Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
