Description

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Advancement and Marketing to implement all aspects of the donor journey to increase giving, including weekly deposit and donation receipts, new donor mailings and other donor stewardship strategies
• Manage systems and software to track and cultivate donors and prospects, including PPC's donor database and wealth screening tools
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity of the donor database and serve as a resource and subject matter expert for the database's functions
• Liaison with Prestonwood Baptist Church's (PBC's) Administration and Finance departments to create, submit and track Purchase Orders, Check Requests, etc.
• Responsible for managing and ordering print inventory
• Develop consistency, continuity and best practices for recurring responsibilities and events
• Work collaboratively with the Development team to compile appropriate invitation lists, engage with donors, and assist at donor events
• Other duties as assigned
