- Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, IV set up and delivery of maintenance IV fluids, specimen collection, and wound care.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Assists with patient discharge and admission activities.
- Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and reactions to interventions. Implements the plan of nursing care and communicates abnormal findings to RN team lead.

Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
Required Licensure/Certification:

The pay range for this position is: $37.03/hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
