    Taylor Management, a leading provider of residential management services to condominium and homeowner associations, is currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to join our team. As a well-established company with over 25 years of experience, Taylor Management is committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Hours are 10 am to 3 pm with a maximum of 25 hours per week .

    Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative support to the management team.
    • Answer phones and respond to inquiries from homeowners and vendors.
    • Assist with maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
    • Process invoices and handle financial transactions.
    • Assist with organizing community events and meetings.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous administrative experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
