    Job Summary:

    Breckenridge Product Sales and Service seeks an experienced and motivated leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment, managing administrative tasks related to Product Sales and Service. Serving as a Human Resources liaison, responsibilities include handling paperwork, time and labor management, payroll, employee housing occupancy, trainings, and communication. Additional duties involve purchasing, addressing employee inquiries, supporting office operations, and contributing to various projects. This role also encompasses general administrative functions, such as managing employee experience and database support for record retention, with a focus on confidentiality.

    Job Specifications:

    • Expected Pay Range: $ $33.12 / hour

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary contact for Product Sales and Services.
    • Manage hiring procedures for seasonal PSS staff, including posting positions, interviewing and direct hiring seasonal employees.
    • Administer employee housing assignments and maintain housing roster, including coordination with leasing office for move-out dates.
    • Prepare new hires and returners for orientation sessions and training sessions for employees.
    • Handle disciplinary actions and separation paperwork for PSS staff.
    • Track employee trainings, certifications, hiring status, and payroll.
    • Provide support to new hires and all employees as needed.
    • Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Oversee purchasing of daily supplies for Product Sales, including creating and receiving purchase orders, invoicing, and resolving issues with vendors.
    • Monitor operating and capital project budgets, providing explanations for variances as needed.
    • Assist Managers with various tasks and projects such as pricing, signage, training organization and leading orientation, and group sales.
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
    • Perform basic filing and administrative duties as required.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • High School degree or equivalent - required.
    • Office and administrative/clerical experience - required.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) - required.
    • Must read, speak and comprehend English and possess writing and editing skills - required.
    • Excellent guest service and communication skills - required.
    • Ability to work independently for extended periods of time - required.
    • Must be organized and detail-oriented - required.
    • Prior Vail Resorts experience - preferred.
    • Experience with Guest Connect software - preferred.

    The expected pay range is $ $33.12. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
