    The Vice President, Analytics and Strategy leads key initiatives and projects for Ariat. This position develops the vision, strategic framework, and solutions required to deliver against consumer needs, business goals, and challenges.

    This leader brings forward ideas that challenge internal thinking, provides objective views of opportunities and risks, and manages successful global initiatives.

    You'll Make a Difference By

    • Providing analytical problem solving and strategy development support to long-term business planning processes.
    • Leading the decision science team, developing tools, and analysis needed to support strategic projects and day-to-day ongoing decision support.
    • Overseeing Ariat's strategic initiative portfolio and leading the strategy organization; working with initiative owners to provide updates to the management team.
    • Actively serving as a key member of the Ariat International Senior Leadership team and providing dynamic leadership to positively impact team results.
    • Working in partnership as a trusted thought leader with function leaders to inform and influence business strategies.

    About You

    • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with ability to frame new issues.
    • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills including regression, statistical modeling, and financial valuation.
    • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint are required; extensive experience with databases, established analytical tools, and emerging technologies.
    • 15+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Market Research, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related field.
    • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Experience with application of consumer insights in developing brand business strategy considered a strong plus.
    • Deep knowledge of retail and/or wholesale in consumer products industry; experience in footwear and/or apparel strongly preferred.

    The salary range for this position is $300,000 - $325,000 per year, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market data alignment.
