Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic Store Team. At our company, we believe that our retail staff plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations throughout the shopping journey. Job Duties:

Adopts a consultative sales approach to comprehend customer requirements and meet personal retail sales targets
Handles incoming calls, takes messages accurately, and ensures prompt follow-up with customers
Addresses customer inquiries, showcases products, and provides innovative suggestions related to product design and usage
Handles customer issues, resolves critical situations while remaining composed and in control
Stays updated on product information, design trends, and sales strategies through continuous learning via training materials, literature, and workshops
Guides new team members and less experienced colleagues in product knowledge acquisition during their onboarding process
Strictly adheres to Company policies and safety protocols

Job Qualifications:

Previous experience of 1+ years in sales or customer service is desirable
Excellent verbal communication skills and a capacity to grasp details about new product releases
Adept at multitasking and prioritizing customer requirements
Background in interior design, sales on commission, or related experiences in home furnishings is beneficial but not mandatory
Must hold a valid driver's license for home consultations and possess a vehicle for travel
Capable of climbing ladders and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Successful completion of a security background check is necessary
Availability to work daytime shifts, occasional evenings, and weekends with consistent attendance as per the established schedule
