    Description

    Job Summary

    Senior therapists lead and manage a facility's therapeutic program and work hand-in-hand with other facility team members to deliver, oversee, plan, and coordinate the therapeutic program.

    These professionals promote professional accountability, quality development, evaluation, clinical governance, and monitoring.
    Oversee Acute Care Rehabilitation for PT, OT and SLP. Manage Internship Program.


    Minimum Requirements


    • Graduation from Accredited Physical Therapy School
    • MSPT, preferred DPT
    • 2 years experience in Acute Care setting
    • BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
    • License to Practice PT in NJ in good standing
