Company: Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis

As an Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, you'll be part of a dedicated team working on Treasury Forecasting and Cash Reporting business lines alongside operational support, developers, testers, business analysts, product owners, and scrum masters. Your role involves supporting the Office of Fiscal Projections (OFP) and Cash Reporting Branch (CRB), which are responsible for forecasting U.S. Government cash flows and managing daily Treasury operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor infrastructure health and data processes using observability software
Review logs during incidents and security compliance activities
Respond to system alerts and user feedback
Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, support testing, and coordinate recovery
Troubleshoot system problems and provide customer communications
Manage requests, incidents, and changes
Ensure application compliance with security and audit requirements
Work with agencies, institutions, and vendors on application issues
Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

BS or BA in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
AWS certification or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to write ad-hoc database scripts
Experience with technical tools
US Citizenship required
