    Home Infusion Nurse - Part-Time - Rexburg, ID
    Location: Rexburg, ID

    • Salary: $40-50/hr

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Administer IV therapies in home settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
    • Perform continuous patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed.
    • Maintain accurate treatment documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
    • Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care.
    • Manage and maintain infusion equipment with utmost care and precision.
    • Educate and support patients and families on infusion treatments and health management.

    Qualifications:

    • Active ID nursing license and proven infusion experience.
    • Expertise in IV therapy and patient care.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification is a must.
    • Ability to travel locally in Rexburg for patient visits.
    • Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software tools.
