    DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

    Analyze all Change Requests to identify possible part or product shortages, obsolescence, or other potential issues before they are released

    RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES


    • Review and approve all Engineering Change for Production Items (ECPR), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO), and Lifecycle (MO) changes as routed through Agile
    • Function as the direct liaison between Purchasing and all departments for Change Requests
    • Analyze current inventory, identify potential issues, and communicate to designated contacts
    • Analyze cost within Supply Chain and recommend improvements to increase cost efficiency
    • Support Engineering by researching Engineering Changes to identify Lean efficiencies and document in Agile via the Inventory Disposition Worksheet
    • Identify all scrap and rework costs for management review and approval
    • Resolve any purchasing problems or questions with the originator as it applies to the Engineering Change requested
    • Maintain daily and weekly models used for the purchasing of parts for the divisions assigned
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Parts Shipping; provide daily analysis and estimated ship dates for customer support
    • Assist with daily production parts analysis for Nevada Production (QVG)
    • Serve as the backup to the Supply Chain Analyst
    • Create, compile, maintain and distribute reports as required
    • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
    • Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
    • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
    • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
    • Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

    Must have the ability to:

    • Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

    Must have:

    • Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
    • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
    • Excellent web navigation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Basic working knowledge of Oracle and Agile preferred
    • Basic working knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOMs) preferred

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • At least 1 year of Supply Chain/Purchasing experience OR, in lieu of experience, an Associate Degree or higher in a field related to Supply Chain Management

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • At least 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Purchasing department covering the complete scope of the supply chain process preferred
    • At least 1 year of Technical Service, Engineering or Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma or GED

    PREFERRED EDUCATION

    • Associate Degree in a related business field

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
