    We are seeking friendly and energetic Member Frontline Cashier Associates to join our team at Sams Club.

    You will play a major role in ensuring our members have an exceptional shopping experience by providing top-notch customer service, operating cash registers efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

    About the Role

    • Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures.
    • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
    • Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies and procedures.
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
    • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.

    Cash Handling: Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies and procedures.

    Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

    Requirements:

    Customer Service Experience: Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register), working with mobile retail applications.

    Physical Abilities: Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
